To provide overall maintenance to your roof, we recommend including our gutter clearing service, to ensure proper drainage from your newly cleaned roof. We must assure that the gutters and downspouts serving the [attended to]
roof area(s) are clear anyway...
Zinc Strip Installation:
As an added preventative measure, we can install zinc strips to your roof. Zinc strips help by preventing future mold growth. However, this works much better as a preventive measure with a new roof and is less expensive to install.
Weather:
Our process works down to 35 degrees F; so don't be afraid to contact us any time of year.
Clean-Up:
We "powder rinse" any exterior(s) affected by residual "splatter", & c, so the only sign of us being there is a clean roof and often much else!
